At  some  point  we wondered what  is  the  next step for  the  web head  was.  Due  to  the MCU's popularity    epic phases  have  passed  but  in 2016  Spidey  arrived  not  as a solo act but  as a supporting  character  for  third Captain  America  film  covering an  epic  storyline.  This third Spidey incarnation was played by Tom Holland and  was a hit.  A  year later  Holland  got  to  star in  his  first  MCU  movie.  That  made  him  part of  the MCU  scoring  him a part in two Avenger films and  and a sequel.  This  sequel  had an epic cliffhanger that  let  fans shocked.

Couple months  after  that  there was a problem  with  Marvel  And  Sony  fighting  for  the  right of  spidey  for  film.  Presently Sony owned the webhead on  film  having produced five  different movies  before.  This  Included  the Sam Ramey trilogy and the Andrew Garfield reboot.  Fans  were  devastated to  have  to  lose Spidey  from  the MCU  after an epic cliffhanger.  The  feud  ended  and  Marvel  and  Sony  made  a New Deal with   Spidey allowing them to  share   him  in  both  the MCU and  regular  movies.  This  Allowed Tom Holland  to take  over  the character.

Due  to  this Kevin Figue  decided to do  something interesting with  this  film and opened up the multiverse theory symbolizing the deal with Sony and trying  something  new.  According to  fans they theorize  that  all 3  Spidey incarnations come  from different universes.  Due  to  that  fact Figue  constructed a crossover  between  them.  This  would  have  them all meet   for  an epic adventure.  That was  the  idea  at  first. Soon they  decided   Instead creating a new Villain  they would  have previous Villains Crossover into  the MCU.  That  was soon established  when Alfred Molina,   Willon Difou  and  Jamie  Fox  were set  to return  as  Electro  The Goblin and Doctor Octopus in this third film.  To  make  it  work  they  needed something  like  magic . They  decide  to cast Dr. Strange and Wong giving  them a  good  story.

Due to  the pandemic they had to  delay a bunch  of films moving the movie around  not  even releasing the  title  till later on.  This left  fans with suspense for months with movie  leaks and  news.  At the very  ended they droped a teaser with  so much  content  that  got  fans  excited  featuring Dr. strange and Doctor Octopus  making an appearance.  Now  that it's set  for  December what will happen  next and how  will this second MCU crossover affect the timeline.  We will all find out  at  the  end of the year.
