Snyder Resurrects The Justice League

  The DC  universe  has  been around since  the 60s  competing  with Marvel  the  difference  was  that  DC  exceeded on the  small screen and  Marvel took over  the big screen.   Both  universes  have a great  set  of  heroes  that  have  impacted  pop  culture  in  many  media.  Oddly  enough   DC was  well known on TV  than  movies  with  Batman  and  Superman  having their own animated series in the 90s.  These  days  they  tried having live  action TV shows focused on  little  parts  of  the  comics.   Marvel  may  have created the MCU over the last  decade  but DC  tried  the  same  thing on TV both with the CW's Arrowverse  and the 52  comics  animated  film series.   DC  has released  its  own stand alone  film series  like the Batman trilogy   one  of  the most  impactful set  of movies  to  this day.  In  the mid 2010s Warner Bros  decided to  have their own  filmverse   like  the  MCU    trying  to  create  their  own  timeline.  It  worked  in a way  they  had successful  films  like  Wonder Woman   decent films like Shazam and  dumpster fires like Suicide Squad.   After  having  the  two  film  timeline  they  announced  the  first  live action  Justice League  movie which  got the  public excited.  Since  the JL was one  of  the  most  popular  hero  teams in pop  culture  and  the  ending of  the Batman VS Superman  had a shocking  cliffhanger people were expecting a  comeback.  After it came  out audiences  were disappointed  because it was rushed too many plot  holes and  an unoriginal story.  The movie  was   met  with bad  reviews and parodied  by the Nostalgia Critic  for  being  a  terrible  mess.  the  damage  was mended by its follow ups  Aquaman and Shazam  but  it still stained  the  timeline.    Zack Snyder  decided to  fix this by releasing a director's cut of  the movie.    This  meant  that  the  movie was   cleaned  up  in  the original way  that Snyder wanted it  to be made. This gave the movie an R rating  with nearly four  hours of content  including  new scenes a more well developed plot and an  entertaining watch.  This  included a bit more backstory  on  each  hero,  the introduction of Darkseid   and  an epic epilogue  featuring Martian Manhunter, Deathstroke and Joker making his  second appearance.  The stain  has been cleaned and a new team  has been made  sit back and  watch the Justice League  come together at last.
